Kelayakan
- Proven work experience as an Admin cum Account or similar role
- Fluent in Mandarin is MUST
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tanggungjawab
- Manage and maintain the office's administrative and accounting tasks
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial statements
- Manage payroll and other financial records
- Maintain and update company databases
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle correspondence and answer phone calls
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Resolve administrative and accounting issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform general clerical duties
