SALES MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Quantum Rhythm Sdn Bhd, one of the subsidiaries of Ornapaper Berhad which is principally involving in manufacturing of comprehensive range of paper-based stationery products. Our main products are education goodies such as hardcover books, school exercise books, wire-o note books, spiral note book, filler papers, examination pads, drawing blocks, sketch books and etc. We also produce computer forms, thermal paper receipt rolls, cash register paper rolls and adding machine thermal rolls. Quantum Rhythms proprietary product are sold under brand names of FAMOSA, KOI and MASTER. Our extensive retail network across Malaysia allows end users to conveniently purchase our branded products at Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Wholesalers, Retailers and Bookshops. Quantum Rhythm has been on a positive growth in business development. Besides strong presence in Malaysia, we have also exported our products to many countries. Job Description

• To achieve sales target goal set by the company.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• To maintain a good business relationship with customers.
• To generate new customers through cold calls / networking / corporate events.
• To prepare proposal / quotation submission to customers.
• To ensure prompt AR collection and maintain healthy aging dues.
• To prepare Preparing sales report & analysis by Identify most important sales KPI.
• To gather info / feedback from the market for competitors product.
• To follow-up / solve after-sales service-related matters with internal & external parties.
• Handle customers questions, inquiries and complaints.
• To participate in sales exhibition, corporate events etc.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• Possessed working experience in Paper Industry would be an added advantage.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Able to communicate in Mandarin and Chinese dialects would be an added advantage
