Job Objectives

The Sale & Marketing Executive is responsible for responding to customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.

He/she is required to supports and coordinate customer enquiries from customers, representatives and requests from overseas branch, partners and agents.

Responsible for sales quotation, general sales administration and sales documentation.

Responsibilities

Attend and respond effectively Generate new sales leads and follow through sales enquiries to ensure successful closing.

Attend to customer request efficiently and manage allocated accounts to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.

Prepare sales related documents for the purpose of the sales activities (e.g. presentation, quotations).

Provide up to date report and progress on sales activities, customer information and industry news.

Attend and coordinate customer visit to the plant site.

Support in communication and coordination of post-sales feedback and enquire from customer.

Implement and carry out sales activities to generate new leads and gain customer accounts.

Support marketing task for every subsidiary & provide assistance to the marketing team when required.

Carry out any duties as assigned by Superior.

Qualifications

Possess at least a Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, International Business or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in sales.

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills

MS Office

Good personality and disposition.

Good communication skills (able to communicate effectively with personnel of all levels)

Self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimal supervision5.3.2

Good team player

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin would be an added advantage.)
