- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
- Willing to speak and appear on social media platforms
- Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
- Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
- Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing
- Strong listening and communication skills
Tanggungjawab
- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company social media platforms
- Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
- Update the social media and content pages periodically
- Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles/contents
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives
