Responsilbilities ► Able to handle outbound calls and customer service ► Rapo with customers, search for customers ► Assist sales dept in qualifying new customer ► To prospect new clients via cold calls ► Desk bound work, mostly communicate thru phone & email Requirement · Customer service oriented · Have a great sense of urgency · Able to work independently as well as in a team · Phone etiquette · Good interpersonal & communication skills · English/Mandarin (to liase with Chinese speaking clients) Others · Product training provided · Long Term Commitment · Sporean & PRs are welcome · 5 day week (8.30am to 5.30pm
