Job Description

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Intern will have an opportunity to learn and work together with HR Department to perform below tasks:

Compensation & Benefits

To assist on employee Data Particular updates (LHDN purposes)

Liaise with the respective department to get the latest JD and transfer softcopy JD (DL,NE, EX) into sharepoint

To update filing system (active & inactive employees)

To follow up employee confirmation / any follow-up matters

To 5S office

Learning & Development

To assist recording training attendance into HR Service

To follow up on employee equiz submission and post training submission

To involve in updating and creating orientation / training materials

To support sourcing for external trainers

Manfaat
