Tanggungjawab
- Provide consultation & offer professional advice to customers on necessary procedures or products.
- Achieve given sales target & expectation.
- Effectively promote and introduce all on-going promotion, packages or events to new & existing customers.
- Perform accurate sales transactions & sales collections.
- Calculate & summit self-commission Report to Operation Manager timely and accurately.
- Address customer’s needs and concerns efficiently.
- Turns unhappy customers into return guests.
- Ensure customers have a satisfactory service experience.
- Build good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention.
- Manage & maintain salon’s tidiness & cleanliness.
- Ensure stocks are all replenished.
- Actively providing feedback or suggestions to Manager.
- Make appointments and follow-up for new and existing customers.
- Summit Daily report to Operation Manager.
- Responsible for call-calling techniques to generate new leads
- Accurately collect & key-in customers contact details (in particular address & email) for back office follow up work.
- Reply all messages in WhatApps, SMS, & social media platforms.
- Help to clean treatment room if necessary.
