Kelayakan
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia added advantage
- Candidate must possess at least min. SPM & above, in any field.
- Posses telemarketing experience in banking industry (Loan or Insurance products)
- Experience in sales industry, property, insurance, credit card, securities or other financial related fields would be added advantage.
- Like to do sales, having cheerful personality and be proactive, and professionalism.
- Good in communication skills, customer service and negotiation skills.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizen.
Tanggungjawab
- Execute outbound calls to existing database promoting financial products.
- To deliver and educate perspective customer on the benefits of the product over the phone and providing high standards of service by following presentation guidelines in accordance to given product factsheet and sales script.
- To communicate effectively with customers over the phone and understand customer needs, find sales opportunities and achieve sales performance.
- To ensure monthly sales target are met.
Manfaat
- Package: Basic salary + Commission + Allowance (T&C)
- Opportunity to earn > RM5k per month for achieving reasonable sales target.
- Near to LRT station (Abdullah Hukum)
- Work life balance - 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
