Kelayakan
Expectation and experience:
- Minimum high school graduation.
- At least 3 months of sales experience (direct sales or telesales).
- Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from industries such as dietary supplements, skills, finance - insurance, travel, real estate, beauty salon, online business or similar.
- Candidates who do not have experience in the dietary supplement industry will be trained by the company.
Necessary skills:
- Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a good telesales person needs to know how to focus on needs and the customer's desire to be able to give accurate advice.
- Selling skills, closing sales.
- Ability to handle.
- The ability to grasp customer psychology.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Attitude and qualities:
- Honesty, enthusiasm for work.

The person in charge of the Telesales agent position will be responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing. Today, the opportunity to find a telesales job is very open for candidates to improve their sales skills, communication skills as well as increase their income significantly.
What will you do as a telesales agent?
- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
- Manage / store customer information on the company system.
- Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales.
- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed.
