Kelayakan
- At least a Professional Certificate in Graphic Design/Art/Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong video editing skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and bring to life creative ideas that both align with and elevate the company's vision, guiding projects from their inception to finalized deliverables.
- Craft compelling and accessible designs for a variety of print and digital assets, such as web imagery, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and catalogues.
- Engage proactively with the Sales & Marketing team to produce video content tailored for diverse platforms, including Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and story formats on Tiktok and Instagram.
- Conceptualize video ideas and draft storyboards for review and feedback from the Sales & Marketing team.
- Develop compelling scripts and visual blueprints for videos, possessing a keen ability to envision the final product and convey its essence effectively.
- Maintain a steadfast commitment to ensuring all designs align with the group's established guidelines.
- Collaborate within a team setting to nurture and refine creative concepts.
- Undertake additional tasks as required and delegated.
