Kelayakan
- Minimum diploma in retail management, business administration or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience in inventory control preferably in retail industry
- Experience in overseeing retail outlet or consignment counter
- Computer literate with competency in excel spreadsheet
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing and able to travel outstation every three (3) months
- Possess own transport with valid driving licence
- Possess own laptop
Tanggungjawab
- Consolidation of stock and preparation of relevant reports
- Analysing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future products and subsequently, devising a merchandising plan
- Stock allocation for consignment counter, to minimise unnecessary stock holdings for maximum budgetary control
- Ensure that consignment counters are properly manned at all times, and to back-up in the event of manpower shortage
- Once the products are distributed and put on sale, the retail planner will then need to monitor stock movement - promotions/markdowns, inter-outlet or counter transfers, etc
- To create a good working relationship with representatives of departmental stores where we set up our consignment counters
- Liaising with the visual merchandising team to ensure the products are presented to customers/shoppers in the most attractive manner possible.
