More than 18 years’ old.

Minimum SPM.

Good Command of English and Bahasa Melayu (written/spoken).

Excellent communication skill.

Students, fresh graduates and retirees are encouraged to apply.

Basic computer knowledge needed and training will be provided.

Possess own transport.

Able to come for training and to work at Wisma Domino’s Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam.

Must be able to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (min 4 hours from 10am – 10pm).

Must be able to work on Weekdays Lunch rush (11am – 2pm) / Dinner rush (6pm – 10pm).

Does not have any health problem that prevents working on rotating/night shift.

Malaysian only.

Tanggungjawab

Handle inbound calls for Domino's Pizza order taking

Process customer’s order

Tactfully and professionally attend to customer queries / concerns via phone

Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer concerns at all times

To comply on any special or additional tasks assigned from time to time by the superior and management.

Basic salary: RM5/hours
