Candidate must possess SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Effectively bilingual in English & a second language Familiar with contact centre environment is desirable.
Able to carry sales target.
Excel in computer literacy and competent in operating mobile devices (e.g. iPad, Android Tablet)
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill
Understands the importance of meeting customers’ need as a top priority Positive attitude and mindset in delivering performance
Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time
To be able to handle multiple concurrent sales enquiries via call, chat, video conference and other digital assets from customers with a demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need.
Identify and perform cross/ up-selling opportunity and activity by analysing customer profile, recommending most suitable package, actively promote latest promotions/ services, and knows how to communicate value to the customers.
To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complaint to other stakeholder or next level, within the agreed procedure.
Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results & productivity. Proactively identify areas for service & procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
