· General administrative work.
· To prepare and follow up sales, parts & service quotations.
· To record and monitor the field service repair report.
· To prepare invoices for parts and service provided to customers.
· To assist in debt collection.
· To prepare monthly reports to Head Office.
· To do store arrangement and spare parts pick up.
· Possess SPM or above
· Good communication skills and computer literate
· Proficient in both written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantage
· Familiar with ERP system is an added advantage
