Kelayakan

The day-to-day work of administration includes a variety of tasks and responsibilities, with the primary purpose of ensuring smooth and efficient internal operations of the organization. Specific job content may vary depending on the nature and size of the organization.

 

Requires good organizational skills, communication skills and strong attention to detail. These tasks ensure the basic functioning of the organization and the effectiveness of internal processes.

 

IT is required to be proficient in English and Chinese and be able to convey work information and requirements in a timely and accurate manner. Be loyal and conscientious and abide by professional ethics.

Tanggungjawab

Document Management: Processes and maintains document records, ensuring that all documents are properly filed, updated and preserved. This includes the management of paper and electronic documents.

 

Scheduling: Manage your supervisor's schedule, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and organizing daily schedules.

 

Communications Handling: Receives and distributes incoming correspondence, handles email and telephone communications, and ensures smooth flow of information within and outside the organization.

 

Financial Support: May be required to handle entry-level financial tasks such as invoicing, expense reports, and budget tracking.

 

Resource Management: Manage office supplies, including ordering, inventory management, and distribution.

 

People Management Support: Assist the Human Resources department with employee recruitment, training and other personnel matters.

 

Meeting Support: Organize and prepare for meetings, including preparation of meeting rooms, technical equipment support, and writing and translation of meeting minutes.

 

Customer Service: Serves as the organization's frontline receptionist, providing customer consultation and question-answering services.

 

 

 

Administrative jobs often require good organizational skills, communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. These tasks ensure the basic functioning of the organization and the effectiveness of internal processes.

Manfaat

Salary: 3500 MYR/month (including provident fund and fare subsidy) with 4 days off per month.

Commission: You are allowed to engage in the marketing and promotion of company products in your free time to obtain additional commissions. The commission system is the same as that of other employees.

Other rewards: subject to company announcements.
