Kelayakan

  • Previous experience in administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate. Good in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette and able to communicate to all levels.
  • Ability to work in team environments and sometimes work autonomously.
  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay and any other languages would be advantageous.

Tanggungjawab

  • Providing support to the Accounting Department.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
