Kelayakan
- Education in Degree in any field is preferable.
- Proven work experience as an insurance agent, sales representative, or similar role in the insurance industry.
- Must possess own transport.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently
- Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
- Must possess integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Tanggungjawab
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct thorough client needs analysis to determine the most suitable insurance products and coverage levels.
- Educate clients on different types of insurance policies, coverage options, premiums, and deductibles.
- Customize insurance packages to meet individual client needs and budget constraints.
- Prepare and present quotes to clients, explaining coverage details and terms of policies.
- Follow up with prospective clients to close sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details in the company's database.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with claims processing.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to effectively advise clients and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and underwriters to ensure timely processing of applications and policy issuance.
