Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR administration functions and duties.
Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies.
To perform a wide variety of payroll processing activities, including computing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing advance payments and processing new hired and terminations.
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
Manage and update employee leave record.
Preparation and filing Payroll documentation
Generate relevant payroll reports according to timeline.
Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
Assist in administrative works when needed
