Kelayakan

  • Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource / Business Administration.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Priority to  candidate with1 years hands-on experience in payroll processing – local & foreign worker ( SQL PAYROLL)
  • Well-versed with relevant Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
  • Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive matters with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving, critical thinking skills, coordination and execution skills, work efficiency and conscientiously,

Tanggungjawab

Human Resource :  

  • Supports human resources processes by administering tasks, maintaining records and information.
  • Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
  • Responsible to administer payroll and staff benefits to ensure salary payments and contribution (EPF,EIS & SOCSO) are accurate and payout according to payroll timeline.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling job interviews, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation in electronic and paper form.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.

Admin Assistant :

  • Provides clerical support admin department.
  • Draft, formats and print relevant document.
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Provide administration support to key in Sales Reports, Invoice, Cash Sales, Payment Voucher and Journal Voucher.
  • Attend to any other ad-hoc duties or any related task that are assigned.
