Kelayakan

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

Tanggungjawab

  • Ensure all the financial transactions are properly coded and recorded.
  • General administration support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks
  • Responsible for overall accounting including data entries.
  • The candidate will act as an Account Cum Admin for this job position.
  • Maintain full sets of accounts, handling the closing of Monthly Management Account.
  • Assist in Bank reconciliation
  • Analytical, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Maintaining financial records which accurately record the business’ incoming and outgoing finances; General ledgers and in petty cash.
  • Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent, Bankers etc.
  • Manage and update client statement of accounts and update receipts upon request
  • Issue cheque/arrange payment to supplier, payroll & manage company's expenses
  • To perform some basic banking transactions
