Kelayakan
- Candidate possess at least SPM, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Vacancy open for Johor and Shah Alam.
- Candidate must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
- Min 1-2 years experience in automotive related industries will be added advantage.
- Result oriented, work independently with tight deadlines.
- Pleasant personality, self motivated, enthusiastic, good public relationship and business acumen.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop sales for Tyres (Falken & Firenza brand) and Rims (SSW brand) division and to look for new prospect aggressively
- To market the products with higher percentage of profit margin.
- Ensure achievement of sales & profit objectives by determining territory objectives, planning individual targets with HOD and reviewing sales force performance.
- Responsible to timely submission of monthly productivity analysis to Head of department. Also, to highlight the exceptions to the Management from time to time.
- Co-ordinates & update the outstanding issues with customers’ example, claim, goods returned & credit note.
- Develop sales and to look for new prospect aggressively by visit new customers on monthly basis. Also, identify new and potential customers from various industries.
- Plan and organize marketing planning to expand customer networks for maximum market coverage.
- Ensure achievement of sales and profit by determining territory objectives and sales planning targets with the Head of Department.
- Provide information to potential customers on products/price. Monitor and analysis the sales trend for related industries market.
- Provide product services and training to the customers.
- Ensure prompt collection on receivable from customers. Ensure credit term is strictly adhered.
- Any other ad hoc projects (which may entail some other related matters with Sales department) and duties as and when required by the company from time to time
