Kelayakan
- Open to Fresh grads
- SPM and above
- Can speak Mandarin or English
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Tanggungjawab
- Effective listener with the ability to monitor large volume of calls, chat & emails on a daily basis ensuring service & accuracy
- Drive action plans to improve detective rate and overall quality score of the team through analysis of improvement on fatal errors
- Work closely with call center team leader and provide them with feedbacks on strength and weakness of their agents and to recommend ways to improve performance
- Preparing reports for daily / weekly / monthly agent performance & hold call calibration session with client to discuss about the agent performance and action plans
Manfaat
- Basic salary range (RM2,800 - RM3,000) + KPI incentives (RM300-RM500)

- Working hour: 10:00 am - 7.00 pm (Monday - Friday)
- Off day: Weekend & Public Holiday
- Office within walking distance form Ampang Park LRT station.
