Kelayakan
- Have no issue reading & writing in English, Bahasa. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Knowing how to use Microsoft Office, if know basic Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage.
- Open to meet SPM / STPM / A-Level / Diploma holders. Fresh grads will be considered. Paper qualification is secondary, interest and attitude are more important.
- Positive Attitude, pleasant, supportive, initiative, and prompt follow-up action
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in the printing industry will be an added advantage.
WORKING HOURS:
- Monday to Friday 9:15am - 6:15pm, Saturday 9:15am to 1pm
Tanggungjawab
- Handle regular customer inquiries. This includes explaining, getting specs, preparing quotations, arranging mockups, following up with delivery, etc.
- Assist in social media activities and online campaigns.
- Coordinate with Production Planner, QC, and delivery persons in charge.
- Assist in marketing activities and handle other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Assist in the FSC handling process.
