Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing or another related field
- Preferred Mandarin speakers as the position need to deal with Mandarin speakers’ clients.
- Minimum 3-4 years in a digital marketing role and proficient in Facebook Ads setting and Xiao Hong Shu Marketing. Knowledge in Google Ads setting will be added advantage.
- Good understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver actionable recommendations through data analysis to influence business decisions and strategies
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Work Location: Permas Jaya, JB
Tanggungjawab
- Lead marketing strategies and present to clients;
- Manage marketing planning and strategies for the improvement and stability of the company's business and managing online marketing campaign.
- Develop and manage digital marketing/social media campaigns: including creating social media contents and design-rich email marketing.
- Make market and sales analysis based on the information gathered.
- Maintain lead capture landing page and analysis of conversion rate
- Evaluate and analyze data collected from online marketing campaigns.
