Kelayakan
- Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant or Accountant Assistant
- Good understanding of Food and Beverage procedures
- Hands-on experience with purchasing and account software
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Specifically MC Excel)
- Knowledge of market research
- Solid organizational skills
- At least have a Diploma in Accountancy, Finance and Logistics or Business Administration.
- Have previous experience in same position is preferable.
Tanggungjawab
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Research potential vendors.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
- Prepare cost analyses.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients, and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Any job assign by manager from time to time.
