- Inventory Management: Track and manage stock levels of frames and related materials; ensure accurate inventory records.
- Stock Ordering: Place orders for new stock as needed and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive and inspect incoming stock for quality and accuracy; update inventory records accordingly.
- Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate data related to stock levels, orders, and frame specifications in inventory management systems.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of stock transactions, receipts, and other relevant documentation.
- Stock Reconciliation: Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records.
- Reporting: Generate reports on stock levels, order status, and inventory trends for management review.
- Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries related to stock availability, order status, and product information.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to inventory management processes and procedures.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, purchasing) to ensure seamless stock management and distribution.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to stock management and administrative tasks.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues related to stock shortages, overstock, or inventory discrepancies.
