Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM leaver.
•  Required language(s): Mandarin or English (Spoken) with minimum RM2800 Basic Salary
• Must be of Malaysian nationality.
• ️ Training provided - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
• Each shift consists of 9 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.

Job Qualifications:

• ️ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
• ️ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
