Kelayakan
- Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Passionate fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- If no academic qualification but possess experiences in Sales/Marketing field will be considered
- Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategies is Bonus.
- Always aim to achieve or exceed the goal set.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with mandarin speaking clients
- Own transport (car) and willing to travel.
Tanggungjawab
- Promote our existing and newly launched products to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Manage sales opportunities for existing customers and develop new customers’ base (cold call, networking, and refresh the old leads, etc).
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- To follow, and execute all sales and marketing initiatives as instituted by CEO.
- Prepare reports on success cases and areas needing improvement.
