Kelayakan
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role, fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL/UBS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and practices is a plus.
Tanggungjawab
- Financial Record-Keeping:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Manage accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Bank Reconciliation:
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records.
- Expense Management:
- Monitor and record employee expenses and company expenditures.
- Ensure all expenses are appropriately authorized and documented.
- Payroll Support:
- Assist in preparing payroll by collecting and verifying employee attendance and timesheets.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Compliance and Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
