Kelayakan
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with HR Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Knowledge of labor laws (employment contracts, employee leave, insurance).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Diploma/BSc in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
Tanggungjawab
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Implement performance reviews (quarterly, annual, 360° evaluations).
- Develop and enforce fair HR policies.
- Manage hiring processes: sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives with HRDF.
- Monitor HR department budget.
- Lead the HR team and guide junior staff.
- Handle labor legislation matters and employee grievances.
- Create and manage referral bonus programs.
- Review and recommend HR software improvements (HRIS, ATS).
- Track employee retention and turnover rates.
- Oversee daily HR operations.
- Identify talent aligned with company growth (career fairs, social media, university forums, etc.).
