Tanggungjawab
- Organize and carry out operations and administrative projects and processed for the company
- Handle email and phone calls, answering clients’ enquiries
- General administrative work
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and reordering when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers and deliveries.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with recruitment processes.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address basic service issues.
- Communicate with suppliers, distributors, and shipping companies to ensure timely product delivery.
- Provide support to other departments as required, including data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
