- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience in project management or administration, preferably in the construction, signage, or related industries.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and technical knowledge, comfortable in both client meetings and working with the design team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.

- You’ll coordinate, communicate, and manage every detail with precision, helping us deliver exceptional results every time.
- Leading the team with Confidence, attending site walks, overseeing project timelines, resolving project hiccups, ensuring that every project stays on track and exceeds client expectations.
- Communicate with Impact, serve as the key contact between clients, subcontractors, and our internal teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring everyone is aligned.

- Detail-Oriented Excellence, manage all project documentation, from contracts to schedules, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
