Tanggungjawab
- Meticulous in the details and always thinking of a process of how to improve the event
- Thinking creatively of how to wow the event
- Getting great raving reviews for all events managed
- Develop event concepts, including themes, objectives, and timelines.
- Create detailed event plans and schedules, including logistics and resource management.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services (catering, entertainment, audio-visual, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Research and select appropriate venues based on event requirements. Conduct site visits and manage venue logistics.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback.
