Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:


  • Assist Head of Department in bookkeeping matters and to ensure smooth and efficient running of the account and finance tasks
  • Handle all issuance of invoices for all companies under Micro-CTL Group
  • Controlling expenditure and obligations
 

Accounts payable


  • Match all supplier invoices against delivery orders, purchase orders and purchase requisition
  • Record all supplier invoices correctly and comply with company policies and tax requirements
  • Match invoice with payment and prepare payment vouchers, supporting documents and cheque
  • Prepare and distribute all cheques to suppliers
  • Record expenses claim and petty cash transactions
  • Prepare and record claims from directors
  • Maintain proper filing of supplier invoices
 

Accounts receivable

  • Match all delivery orders against purchase orders, quotation and other relevant documents
  • Issue invoices (including pro-forma invoices) correctly and comply with company policies and tax requirements
  • Issue and record invoices for inter-company transactions
  • Issue credit note and debit note correctly and comply with company policies and tax requirements
  • Distribute tax invoices and statement of accounts to customers
  • Prepare and distribute reminder letters as finalized by superior
  • Filing and maintain proper project files, invoice files and reminder letters properly
 

Payroll


  • Issuance of payroll cheques
  • Submission payment for offline payroll transaction and contribution report to statutory body
  • Distribute salary slip to all staffs
 

Taxation and Zakat


  • Prepare cheque and related forms required for submission over the counter
  • Prepare corporate tax cheque and related forms required for submission over the counter
 

Other responsibilities


  • Work with third parties
  • Liaise with debtors and creditors on all financial matters
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents and company secretary and assist auditors in their inquiries
  • Perform other duties as instructed from time to time
