Tanggungjawab

1. To provide technical assistance to users through phone, emails of fax.
2. To provide 1st level support and troubleshooting.
3. To log problems onto HPSM.
4. To ensure continuous improvement to the job function
5. To submit daily, weekly and monthly helpdesk report to team leader
6. To work within Team in a pressurized working environment
7. To continually demonstrate excellent inter- personal and telephone communication skills.
8. To handle all contacts with openness, honesty and respect
9. To act as single point of contact It related problems and queries,
10. To maintain customer focus in all areas at all times.
11. To ensure there is an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement within your job function.
12. To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the management.
