1. Manage request for documentation
2. File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
3. Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
4. To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
5. Conduct project site visit or inspection to monitor progress and requirements and the necessary guidelines & standards are met.
6. Prepare the necessary reports as requested by management & client.
7. Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering
8. Possess a minimum 3 yrs work experience, preferable in civil works
