Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Professional Degree, Diploma &, etc in IT or any related field.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills

Tanggungjawab

  • Respond to incidents and service requests from end-user via telephone or email and escalation.
  • Provide troubleshooting and first-level diagnosis of IT problems.
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
  • Maintain maintenance inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
  • Create maintenance contract and processing RMA upon hardware failure.
  • Update maintenance contract into IT helpdesk system.
  • Employ high level of interpersonal and communication skills while solving customer’s issues.
  • Conducts basic probing to determine the next action to customer’s enquiries.
