Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Good Written & Verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Familiar with Employment Act, Industrial Act and Statutory requirements.
At least 2 years’ relevant experience as HR generalist.
Process excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and strong problem-solving skills
Willing to work at Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including payroll, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, industrial relations and employee relations
Payroll administration – Monthly payroll processing, registration of new recruits for all statutory bodies, clearance for resignation of staff where necessary, yearly documentation of EA form and must be system savvy
Performance appraisal for Confirmation, Reviews, Bonus and Increment. Computation & documentation on resignation/retirement.
Recruitment - Recruitment advertisements, interview, documentation of appointment, preparation of job description, staff grading, new staff orientation, transfer and promotion
Staff Welfare and Benefits - Staff functions, plan and execute other general welfare matters
Training- Coordinating of in-house and external training program, training plan and record
External Relations - Liaisons with government agencies, i.e. KWSP, SOCSO, Income Tax and Immigration Department
Industrial relations and employee relations
To undertake any other projects as assigned by superior from time to time
