Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 5 Year(s) of hands-on experience in sales and retail operation management.
Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Dynamic, motivated, self-disciplined.
Work closely together with the owner and Store Managers on the planning, direction and coordination of the store operations.
Ensure that the operational F & B team delivers the highest quality product and service, and achieves a high financial return.
Develop, implement and evaluate our system to control, develop and update standards.
Responsible for enforcing the agreed brand's standards for each store by conducting and managing monthly audits.
Oversee the planning and execution of special events to ensure success.
Ensure relevant information is passed on to the Store Managers and Supervisors.
Assist in the planning and implementation of new ideas and menu specifications.
Plays an active role in marketing the brands and devising promotional programs.
Responsible for marketing and promoting the brands to maximize sales and participate in developing and implementing food promotions and new menus.
Work with the human resources department to train, develop, hire, retain and fire employees.
Develop and monitor staff to obtain the highest standards of service and customer care.
Responsible for training, development and monitoring of the staff performances.
Ensure all administration procedures are accurately completed.
Responsible for developing budgets, sales targets, controlling costs and stock purchasing.
Work closely with the Store Managers to ensure correct stock levels are available at all times.
Review products delivery to ensure set agreements are met and take up any shortcomings with suppliers.
Manage and monitor expenditure and budget setting for each year.
Provide analysis on stock and sales, highlighting and acting on any anomalies.
Create and operate within efficient labor budgets, tracking labor spending and providing input regarding capital projects and initiatives.
Responsible for managing and meeting all budgets committed.
Oversee the inventory and keep the financial records of purchases and sales.
