Kelayakan

  • Required skills: Computer literate at least MS Word, Ms Excel & SQL account software
  • Required languages: Proficiency in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1-3 years relevant working experience
  • Trustworthy, honesty, good attitude, responsible, self-motivated and flexible
  • Possess good organization and communication skills
  • Possess the ability to solve problems
  • Priority can be given to work immediately

Tanggungjawab

  • Perform handing incoming & outgoing calls and emails
  • handle billing, invoicing, stock record (stock take)
  • perform handing managing day to day administrative and office operation matters
  • Assist in data entry and make sure all documentation is updated and filling accordingly
  • Follow up with logistics and supplier status
  • Perform handing overseas supplier and import document
  • Other ad-hoc tasks
