Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Experienced candidate with minimum 3 years of accounting experience with finance / accounting background.
  • Knowledge of Payroll & SQL will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate and able to learn quickly
  • Strong knowledge of software applications - Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
  • Computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and database.
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated, initiative and demonstrable ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of full sets of accounts.
  • Well organized, strong analytical skills, cost conscious and meticulous with an eye for details.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervisor
  • Dynamic and multi-tasking capabilities with effective time management techniques and result orientated

Tanggungjawab

  • Record supplier invoices and payment accurately on daily basis based on supporting documents which must be maintained properly & up to date
  • Attend to any queries/issues/pending invoices involving vendors, internal team
  • Follow up with the internal team on overdue invoices.
  • Assist with full set accounts monthly and yearly account closing.
  • Maintain proper record keeping and organization of filing system.
  • Prepare, organize and maintain accounting files, records and report.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, company secretary and related authority
  • Perform basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
  • To handle full set of accounts, accounts receivables, payables, fixed assets, cheques, tax report , invoice and general ledger
  • Assist and attend any issue comes from the warehouse database.
  • Perform bank and balance sheet accounts reconciliation, resolve discrepancy on timely manner
  • To prepare and review daily sales transaction
  • To monitor and reconcile the cash in flow
  • Liaise with the inter department personnel, auditor, tax consultant and related authority
  • Manage to handle ad hoc matter given by superior as and when required
  • Oversee expenditure and identify trends in spending
  • Assist and monitor external and internal audits
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Handling company tax & E-filing
  • Handling employee income tax calculation for payroll
  • Processing of staff claims and petty cash claims including matching and verifying accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
