1. Social Media Management 

o Develop, plan, and execute content for social media platforms (e.g., XHS, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). 

o Schedule regular posts and ensure a consistent posting frequency. 

o Monitor engagement metrics and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. 

o Create visually appealing graphics, photos, videos, and captions to align with the brand. 

o Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to increase brand reach and engagement. Identify, filter, and evaluate potential influencers and brand ambassadors who align with the brand's values and target audience. 

o Initiate and maintain communication with influencers, handling outreach and negotiations. 

o Coordinate content creation with influencers, providing them with briefs and brand guidelines. 

o Track and measure the impact of influencer partnerships on engagement and brand reach, adjusting strategy as needed. 

2. Content Creation & Copywriting 

o Write engaging, creative, and on-brand copy for social media posts, advertisements, newsletters, and promotional materials. 

o Research and stay up-to-date with social media trends, integrating relevant trends into content. 

3. Campaign Management 

o Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including seasonal and holiday promotions. 

o Coordinate with other departments to gather information for campaign content. 

o Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting adjustments for future campaigns. 

4. Brand Representation 

o Ensure all social media content and marketing e orts align with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

o Maintain a cohesive look and feel across all social media platforms. 

5. Collaboration & Coordination 

o Work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-quality content. 

o Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or partners as needed for collaborations, photo shoots, or content creation. 

6. Paid Social & Advertising 

o Work with media buy team to optimize paid social media ads, ensuring efficient ad spend. 

7. Administrative Duties 

o Handle scheduling, project timelines, and any administrative tasks associated with social media and marketing activities. 

o Assist with event coordination, product launches, and promotional activities as needed.
