Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:
1.Manage all accounting transactions such as receive and process payments, invoices, employee reimbursement, bills and other accounting information
2.Prepare payroll
3.Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
4.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
5.Ensure timely bank payments
6.Manage balance sheets and profits/loss statements
7.Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
8.Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
1.Well versed in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
2.Experience with general ledger functions
3.Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
4.A valid driver's license is required and wiling to travel
5.Good time management and interpersonal skills
6.Preferably candidates who can speak and write Mandarin
7.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
8.Diploma/BSc
9.Full set account experience is a plus point
