Kelayakan
- Minimum qualification of SPM or higher. Applicants with a solid understanding of the role are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Over 3 years of experience in software development is highly preferred. Experience in safety, risk control, or audits will be a strong advantage.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in full-stack web development using Node.js frameworks (preferably Vue.js) with mainstream databases such as MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, caching tools like Redis, and middleware technologies like Kafka and MQ.
- Hands-on experience in backend development with C/C++ and other compiled languages.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting in Linux environments, specifically for CPU, memory, and network I/O issues.
- Programming Skills:
- Strong foundation in programming principles with a commitment to best practices.
- Displays a high degree of responsibility and passion for computing and cutting-edge technologies.
- Analytical and Communication Skills:
- Exceptional logical and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to accurately understand and deliver project requirements.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential to collaborate with stakeholders across global teams and headquarters.

- Design, develop, and test robust user security processes for the application, ensuring compliance with the highest security standards.
- Lead the design, development, and testing of internal tools and platforms to streamline operations and enhance user experiences.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution formulation, and solution reviews to deliver optimal, scalable, and efficient project outcomes.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code while adhering to best coding practices. Ensure system functionality is thoroughly tested and delivered on time.
- Proactively identify, debug, and resolve system issues. Continuously refine and enhance existing services to improve performance and stability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support system development and deployment.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging strong communication skills to achieve project goals and foster a cohesive team environment.
