Kelayakan
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a account, audit or finance.
- Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates may also be considered and welcome to apply.
- Diploma or Certificate or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge or intermediate / advanced skills in Microsoft especially Excel & powerpoint.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow report.
- Input financial data into AutoCount accounting software or Excel spreadsheets.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports, follow up on overdue payments with Sales Department, and manage collections process.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Closely monitor day-to-day cash flow and make future cash flow predictions to help decision-making and financial planning.
- Maintain the proper filing system for all documents to ensure accessibility.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, Government, and other related party when needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial analysis and reporting requirements.
- Others: Any other duties or tasks as assigned by your superior.
