REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter will be advantageous
· Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
· Sales-driven and result-oriented person
· Possess the passion for customer service and a flair for fashion
· Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff.
· Added advantage on Malaysian candidates that can start work immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service under all circumstances in a professional manner
· Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling of items or services at the point of service
· Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales
· Be able to look for innovative ways to improve customer experience
· Understand customer’s needs and latest industry news and trends
· Ensure the Brand’s image is portrayed positively at all times
· Assist in general cleaning, price tagging, coding, storage and display of merchandise
