Kelayakan
- Able to start work immediately
- Minimum education SPM/Certificate/Diploma .
- Have at least 1 year related working experience.
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting software is compulsory & proficient in Microsoft Office Works.
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent and willing to take multi task challenges.
Tanggungjawab
- Attending to phone calls, diverting calls, taking messages.
- Issuing of Invoice / DO/ PO/ and Quotations with SQL accounting software.
- Assist in daily operations in processing payments and receipts and assist in month end accounts closing.
- Proper filling of documents & records
- Perform general administration duties & other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
