Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Science.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality assurance, preferably in the oleochemical or chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge in quality assurance principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficient in quality management systems (QMS) and tools such as ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to details and ability to work under pressure and work independently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Tanggungjawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct supplier audits
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints and non-conformances.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities, including test results, inspection reports, and audit findings.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
