Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in rick management, internal controls, or similar role.
- Familiarity with risk assessment software and tools such as R studio, Python, Excel and so on.
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and statistics.
- Strong analytical skills, able to review and analyze data to identify and clarify key issues and propose solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Lead Data Analysis Projects: Identify and assess potential risks to company performance and profitability through detailed data analysis.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor or industry analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Data Collection and Organization: Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of data related to industry performance.
- Present Findings and Recommendations: Present data-driven findings and actionable recommendations to management and other relevant departments.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Marketing, Operations Development, and IT to collect relevant data and ensure data quality.
- Mentorship and Work Review: Senior staff are expected to mentor junior staff and review their work to maintain high standards.
