Age: Must be 18 or older.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus but not required—training provided.
Language: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
Schedule Flexibility: Available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Transportation: Preferable to have own transportation (eg: own a car)

Guest Service: Greet guests, introduce the menu, and provide personalized recommendations.
Order Taking & Serving: Take food and beverage orders accurately, serve dishes with efficiency and attention.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure tables are cleared, reset, and maintain a tidy dining area.
Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with menu items, to answer guest questions.
Assist Team: Coordinate team to ensure smooth, timely service.
Promotions & Upselling: Recommend add-ons or promotions to enhance the dining experience.
